Please note:  We accept cash or personal cheque payments only in settlement of your outstanding balance.

Please remember that a booking is a legally binding contract and in the event of cancellation we will require a minimum of 7 days' notice. If less than 7 days' notice is given we will charge the outstanding balance for the accommodation unless the room can be re-let.

In the event of a no-show without notification, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due and this will be asked for/charged to your credit card.

No reduction will be made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked.

Heathpark House (B&B) is our family home. As we cannot guarantee there will be someone here 24 hours a day arrival times are between 4.30pm and 6.30pm on your arrival date. Every endeavour however will be made to ensure that earlier/later arrival times are met if requested. Kindly advise us in advance if your anticipated arrival time is going to be outwith these times in order to ensure that we are here to welcome you.
