Weekly rates £285 to £385 depending on season
Apartment comprises:
Fully equipped kitchen : Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware supplied.
Bathroom : With electric shower over bath and shaver socket. All towels supplied.
Lounge : Colour TV with Freeview, CD and DVD player.
Bedroom : Double bedded room with ample storage space. All bedlinen is included and in the case of stays longer than seven days fresh bedding and towels will be supplied at the end of each week.
Heating: The apartment is gas centrally heated throughout but also has an electric fire in the lounge area.
Garden : The apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and parking area. Guests are invited to make use of the patio area and garden if they so wish.
Booking and cancellation policy
A £100.00 non refundable deposit is required for the holiday apartment at the time of booking and final payment must be made 4 weeks before arrival date.
When a cancellation is made more than four weeks before arrival date, then the final payment will be waived. However, if less than 4 week's notice is given the whole amount remains payable. In the event that the apartment can be relet then the full amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
