Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the south facing garden.  Our delicious breakfasts give an excellent start to the day and our menu changes on a daily basis.  A vegetarian option is always available.  Please just let us know in advance of any special requirements

A traditional Scottish breakfast
(Bacon, fried egg, sausages, black pudding tomato & mushrooms)

Smoked salmon scrambled eggs served with a toasted bagel or croissant

Kedgeree
(Smoked haddock, eggs & rice)

Hot smoked trout fillet with a poached egg

Eggs Benedict
(Muffin topped with a poached egg, ham and hollandaise sauce)

Continental
(Selection of cold meats & cheeses) 

Toasted brown and white bread are served  together with a selection of teas and ground coffee
